Welcome to ShepherdAssist
Virtual Assistant Service for Christian Ministry Leaders

Picture

What is it?
ShepherdAssist is a virtual assistant service for evangelical churches, missionaries, and parachurch organizations who do not have a paid staff assistant or need additional support that the staff cannot provide.

How does it work?
This service is customized to meet your needs. You pay for only the services that you receive. There is no contract and no required minimum. The pastor or other church representative emails or calls the assistant with the information, and she puts it together into the required publication(s). If the publication is to be printed, the finished file is emailed to either a local print company to be picked up, or to the pastor/church volunteer who will print it on the church's machines. Besides publications, ShepherdAssist can help with online databases, email newsletters, and other web-based communications. Support is also available for scheduling and organizing events.

What services are available?
Traditional, standard services include bulletins, newsletters, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, website design/maintenance, typing, editing, proofreading, and data entry. Jennifer has a strong background in creative writing and has written on assignment for various ministries. She can go above and beyond the norm to create publications specifically for your needs! See the "Services Available" page for more information.

What is your church affiliation and which denominations do you assist?
Jennifer has been a member of both Independent and Southern Baptist churches and holds to traditional Baptist doctrine and practice. She has written for both non-denominational and para-church ministries. ShepherdAssist is available to any church, missionary, or para-church organization that holds to traditional, conservative evangelical Biblical interpretation. Please contact me if you have specific questions. Small differences in "non-essentials" do not affect the integrity of ShepherdAssist's services, which are meant to reflect your church and teaching.

Who will my assistant be?
Jennifer Hunt is the virtual assistant who began and currently operates ShepherdAssist. You can read about her ministry experiences under "Testimonials" and "Jennifer's Story." As the Lord grows this business, I hope to bring in additional assistants to provide the same much-needed services to an even wider clientele base.
